Our dark chocolate couverture is made from organic cacao beans sourced from the highly biodiverse regions of the western ghats where the beans are well fermented and dried and Khandsari from the foothills of Himalayas. This dark chocolate is made using traditional yet scientifically backed 6 step process. After which it becomes the most nutritious and India's highest antioxidant dark chocolate. It takes us 3-4 days to grind the dark chocolate into a super smooth texture. This slow process helps in retaining maximum amount of antioxidants within the Chocolate itself. Our delicious dark chocolates can be enjoyed as it is, or can be used to make a wide variety of Chocolate desserts.
