Shipping: 

We offer free shipping on all our orders. Orders received before 10am will be processed the same day. Orders received after 10am will be processed the following day. Delivery of each order takes between 2-5 working days based on your location. 

Packaging: 

Being in the Chocolate industry means having to deal with disposable packaging. In order to minimise the waste we generate, our chocolates are packaged in food grade clear stand up pouches that are 100% recyclable. During transport it is externally packaged in cardboard boxes, completely free of Cool Gel Packs.

In a rare case where one of our product arrives melted, remember our Chocolate is absolutely safe for consumption. 

Returns: 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not have a Return or Refund option.

However, if the item you have received is damaged at the time of receiving it, we are happy to issue a free replacement.
